ANSI Gate Valve Manufacturer in Europe – Valvesonly Europe
Valvesonly Europe is an ANSI Gate Valve Manufacturer in Europe, specializing in the design and production of precision-engineered gate valves built according to ANSI and ASME standards. Our valves are designed for dependable operation in high-pressure and high-temperature applications where tight shut-off and minimal pressure drop are essential. Manufactured in Europe under PED 2014/68/EU certification, each valve ensures global compatibility, durability, and consistent performance across industrial environments.
Function & Working
An ANSI gate valve is a linear motion valve designed to start or stop the flow of fluid through the movement of a gate or wedge. When the gate is fully raised, it allows unrestricted flow with negligible pressure loss. When lowered, it seats tightly against the valve body, providing a secure shut-off. The valve operates best in fully open or fully closed positions to prevent seat and gate erosion. Depending on the service conditions, designs can include solid, flexible, or split wedges and rising or non-rising stems.
Advantages
Full-bore passage minimizes pressure loss
Bidirectional sealing for flow in both directions
Complies with ANSI, ASME, and API standards for interchangeability
Bolted bonnet or pressure seal options for varying pressure classes
Long operational life with minimal maintenance
Suitable for manual, gear, or actuator operation
