Cast Iron and Cast Steel Ball Valve Manufacturer in Europe – Valvesonly Europe
Valvesonly Europe is a Cast Iron and Cast Steel Ball Valve Manufacturer in Europe, producing reliable and cost-effective valves designed for long service life and smooth operation in water, HVAC, oil and gas, and process industries. Manufactured in compliance with API 6D, ASME B16.34, EN 1983, and PED 2014/68/EU, our valves ensure safe and efficient flow control in both low-pressure utility lines and high-pressure industrial systems.
Function & Working
A ball valve operates by rotating a spherical disc within the valve body to either permit or block flow. When the ball’s bore aligns with the pipeline, full flow occurs; when rotated 90°, it provides a tight shut-off. Cast iron ball valves are typically used for low-pressure, non-corrosive applications such as water and HVAC systems, while cast steel ball valves are preferred for higher pressures, hydrocarbons, and steam service. Both designs offer easy operation, minimal pressure drop, and dependable sealing performance.
