Function & Working

Cryogenic gate valves provide linear shut-off in pipelines carrying liquefied gases at cryogenic temperatures. A wedge-shaped gate moves perpendicular to the flow to ensure tight sealing and full-bore opening with minimal pressure drop. The extended bonnet and body design ensure the gland packing and stem sealing elements are kept away from direct cryogenic exposure, enhancing operational reliability.

All cryogenic gate valves are tested as per BS 6364 and ISO 28921 standards to guarantee performance and safety.
