Dual Plate Check Valve Manufacturer in Italy – Valvesonly Europe
Valvesonly Europe is a Dual Plate Check Valve Manufacturer in Italy that designs and produces compact, efficient, and durable valves to prevent backflow in piping systems with minimal pressure loss. Manufactured in Italy in accordance with API 594, API 6D, ASME B16.34, and EN 12334 standards, our valves are certified under PED 2014/68/EU and built for reliable performance in high-pressure and high-temperature service conditions.
Function & Working
A dual plate check valve, also known as a double-door check valve, consists of two spring-loaded plates mounted on a central hinge pin. When the medium flows in the forward direction, the plates open fully to allow flow. As soon as reverse flow begins, the torsion spring forces the plates to close instantly, preventing backflow. This quick-closing action minimizes water hammer and system vibration, ensuring safe and efficient fluid transport.
Advantages
Compact wafer design suitable for space-limited installations
Low pressure drop and high flow efficiency
Fast closing mechanism reduces water hammer
Lightweight and easy to install between flanges
Applicable for both horizontal and vertical pipelines
