Non-Lubricated Sleeved Plug Valve Manufacturer in Europe – Valvesonly Europe (Germany)
Valvesonly Europe manufactures non-lubricated sleeved plug valves for clean and corrosive services requiring bubble-tight performance with minimal maintenance. Built in Germany to API 599 / ASME B16.34 / PED.
Function & Working
A precision plug rotates within a PTFE/RPTFE/UHMWPE/PFA sleeve lining the body bore. The sleeve provides the primary seal and bearing surface, eliminating the need for injected lubricants and preventing media contamination.
Advantages
- Maintenance-free sealing; no external lubrication
- Tight shut-off in both directions
- Low torque; excellent chemical resistance
- Fire-safe versions with secondary metal seat
- Full-bore and reduced-bore configurations
Types Offered
Full Bore • Reduced Bore • Fire-Safe • Jacketed
Industries in Europe
Chemical Processing • Water & Wastewater • Desalination • Marine • Power Plant Utilities • Mining Slurry By-passes (cleaning lines)
