Steam Safety Valve Manufacturer in Italy – Valvesonly Europe

Valvesonly Europe is a trusted Steam Safety Valve Manufacturer in Italy, producing high-quality spring-loaded and pilot-operated safety valves designed to protect pressurized systems from overpressure conditions. Our valves are manufactured in Italy under strict quality control and certified according to PED 2014/68/EU, EN ISO 4126, and ASME Section VIII. Built for durability, precision, and quick response, these valves ensure safe and reliable operation in steam, boiler, and thermal process applications.

Function & Working

A steam safety valve automatically releases excess pressure when system pressure exceeds the set limit. The valve is held closed by a calibrated spring load that balances against inlet pressure. When the set pressure is reached, the force overcomes the spring tension, lifting the disc and releasing steam until pressure returns to safe levels. When system pressure drops below the reseat value, the valve closes tightly to prevent steam loss.
Valvesonly Europe designs both spring-loaded and pilot-operated configurations to cover the full range of steam, condensate, and thermal service requirements in power and industrial plants.
