Valvesonly Europe manufactures swing check valves for dependable non-return protection in process and utility lines. Designed and tested to API 6D / EN 12334 / PED. 

Function & Working 

A hinged disc opens with forward flow and swings closed upon flow reversal, sealing against the seat to prevent backflow. Optional lever/weight or hydraulic dashpot controls closure dynamics and mitigates water hammer.
