Butterfly Valve Manufacturer in Germany

Valvesonly Europe manufactures butterfly valves in Germany for on/off isolation and throttling in water, district heating, marine, chemical, and energy applications. Designed to API 609 and EN 593, our valves combine compact construction with large-bore capability up to DN3000, offering reliable performance in both utility and process-critical services.

Function & Working

Butterfly valves operate with a quarter-turn disc that rotates to regulate or fully block the flow. Depending on service requirements, designs include:

  • Concentric (resilient-seated) for low-pressure water and HVAC systems

  • Double-Eccentric (High-Performance) for higher pressure and temperature ranges

  • Triple-Eccentric (Metal Seated) for zero-leakage shutoff under high-temperature and severe process conditions

Advantages

  • Reduced weight and footprint compared with gate and globe valves

  • Triple-offset design ensures zero-leakage sealing at high pressure and temperature

  • Robust shaft and bushing assemblies provide long cycle life

  • Options for fire-safe, cryogenic, and corrosive service environments

  • Available in soft-seated or metal-seated configurations depending on application

Types Offered

  • Wafer-Type Butterfly Valve

  • Lug-Type Butterfly Valve

  • Double-Eccentric (High-Performance) Butterfly Valve

  • Triple-Eccentric (Metal-Seated) Butterfly Valve
