Pneumatic Control Valve Manufacturer in Europe – Valvesonly Europe
Valvesonly Europe is a Pneumatic Control Valve Manufacturer in Europe that designs and supplies precision-engineered valves for efficient and responsive flow regulation. Built for demanding industrial environments, our pneumatic control valves deliver consistent modulation for pressure, temperature, and flow in steam, gas, and liquid systems. Manufactured under PED 2014/68/EU compliance, they meet international standards including DIN EN 1349, IEC 60534, and ASME B16.34.
Function & Working
A pneumatic control valve operates by converting air pressure into mechanical motion using a diaphragm or piston actuator. The actuator adjusts the plug position within the valve seat, varying the flow passage to achieve precise control. Signal inputs (0.2–1.0 bar or 4–20 mA through positioners) regulate the movement of the valve, ensuring stable operation even under fluctuating pressure and temperature conditions. The valve trims are designed to deliver linear or equal percentage flow characteristics for improved accuracy and performance in continuous process control.
