Electric Actuated Butterfly Valve Manufacturer in Europe

Valvesonly Europe is a specialized Electric Actuated Butterfly Valve Manufacturer in Europe, with production facilities in Germany and Italy. Our electric actuated butterfly valves combine a high-performance butterfly valve with a precision electric actuator, providing reliable remote operation, accurate control, and automation for modern industrial plants. Available in concentric, double offset, and triple eccentric designs, these valves are suited for both isolation and modulating duty in pipelines across demanding industries.

Function & Working

Electric actuated butterfly valves use a quarter-turn electric actuator to rotate the disc 90° for quick opening or closing. The actuator is powered by electricity (AC or DC) and can be configured for on/off service or modulating control with precise positioning.

  • On/Off actuators provide fully open or fully closed operation.

  • Modulating actuators offer precise throttling with input signals (4–20 mA, 0–10 V).

  • Available with manual override, torque switches, thermal overload protection, and position feedback.

  • Integration with SCADA, PLC, and DCS systems is possible through communication protocols such as Modbus, Profibus, and fieldbus options.

Advantages

  • Remote operation with no compressed air required

  • High torque output for large-diameter valves

  • Available in concentric, double offset, and triple eccentric configurations

  • Optional fail-safe battery backup for critical applications

  • Smooth, vibration-free operation with precise control

  • Wide compatibility with automation systems (PLC, SCADA)

  • Reduced operating cost compared to pneumatic systems in plants without air supply
