Globe Valve Manufacturer in Germany

Valvesonly Europe manufactures globe valves in Germany for precise throttling and reliable isolation in pipelines. Designed and tested to API 623, BS 1873, and EN 13709, our valves ensure accurate flow regulation, tight shutoff, and long service life. Cast iron and ductile iron variants are available for water and HVAC networks.

Function & Working

Globe valves control flow by linear disc movement against the seat, enabling both fine throttling and positive shutoff. Body configurations such as T-pattern, Y-pattern, and Angle-pattern are chosen based on system layout, flow characteristics, and debris handling requirements. For severe conditions, bellow seal designs prevent stem leakage while pressure seal bonnets withstand high-pressure steam service.

Advantages

  • Stable control with hardened guiding surfaces for accurate throttling

  • Optimized seat and plug geometry for precise flow regulation

  • Backseat and live-loaded packing for reliable stem sealing

  • Options for high-temperature, cryogenic, and corrosive services

  • Engineered in Germany with strict compliance to PED and international standards
