Function & Working

Pneumatic actuated butterfly valves are quarter-turn valves combined with a rotary pneumatic actuator. The actuator uses compressed air to rotate the disc 90° for quick opening or closing.

  • Single-acting actuators provide fail-safe spring return to open or close.

  • Double-acting actuators deliver equal torque in both directions for compact design.

  • Control options include on/off and modulating service.
    Automation is enhanced with accessories such as solenoid valves, air filter regulators, limit switches, position indicators, smart positioners, and manual override gear units.
