Pneumatic Control Valve

Function & Working
Pneumatic globe control valves modulate fluid flow by adjusting the plug position inside a contoured seat ring, controlled via pneumatic actuators with precise signal inputs (4–20 mA, 0.2–1.0 bar). Designed for linear or equal percentage characteristics, they ensure accurate pressure, temperature, and flow control in steam, gas, and liquid applications.

Advantages

  • Fast, precise modulation with minimal hysteresis
  • High rangeability for wide operating conditions
  • Available with anti-cavitation trim and low-noise cages
  • Easy integration with positioners and feedback systems

Types Offered

  • Single-seat globe control valve
  • Double-seat globe control valve
  • Angle globe control valve
  • Cage-guided globe control valve
