Control Valve: It is a power-operated valve that controls the flow of fluids such as steam, gas, oil, and water. Safety valve: A safety valve protects the system from excessive pressure. Overpressure occurs when the pressure exceeds the Maximum Allowable Working Pressure. Safety valves, in contrast to relief valves, can open very quickly because they operate at a predetermined pressure.

Gate Valve: . Gate valve works by opening a barrier out of the fluid path. They require very little space and do not restrict the path of the fluid. When the valve is opened, the disc is completely removed from the flow stream. This valve has a number of advantages over other valves. Gate valves have a wide range of applications. They are used in the chemical, petrochemical, power generation, pulp and paper, and oil and gas refining industries.

Butterfly Valve: In this valve, a disc is connected to a rod. Because of the disc, the medium can pass through the valve. A butterfly valve’s main components are the body, disc, stem, and seal. The large butterfly valve includes a gear box that connects the hand wheel to the stem via gears. It is used in a wide range of industries, including chemical, food processing, and pharmaceutical plants, as well as steam, fire, and water treatment plants.

Plug Valve -A plug valve is characterized by a cone-shaped plug that rotates within the valve body to control the flow of medium through the valve. These valves are used in full flow systems that are either completely open or completely closed. These valves are not typically intended for medium regulation. The main benefit of a plug valve is that it can be repaired or cleaned without having to remove the valve body from the system. Plug Valves are typically top entry valves. They are useful in applications that require frequent and quick operation.
