Strainer Manufacturer in Europe – Valvesonly Europe (Germany)
Valvesonly Europe manufactures industrial strainers in Germany for reliable filtration and protection of pumps, valves, turbines, meters, and process equipment. Our strainers are designed to remove solids, scale, rust, and other debris from pipelines, ensuring uninterrupted operation, extended equipment life, and reduced maintenance costs. Built to EN, DIN, and ASME standards, our strainers are available in cast iron, ductile iron, carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex, and high alloys to suit diverse industrial environments.
Function & Working
Strainers use perforated or mesh-lined screens to filter solid particles from liquid, gas, or steam pipelines. They are installed upstream of critical equipment, preventing blockages and minimizing wear. Filter elements are easily removable for cleaning or replacement. Options include simplex (single basket), duplex (twin basket with continuous operation), and self-cleaning strainers for uninterrupted duty in high-load systems.
Advantages
Protects downstream equipment from damage caused by debris
Available in Y-type, basket (simplex/duplex), and T-type configurations
Low pressure drop with optimized screen design
Easy screen removal and cleaning for reduced downtime
Suitable for water, steam, oil, gas, and chemical process lines
German-engineered with PED/CE certification for industrial compliance
Types Offered
Y-Type Strainer – compact, economical, for water, steam, and gas pipelines
Basket Strainer (Simplex) – large screen area for liquid systems with high dirt load
Basket Strainer (Duplex) – twin chamber design for continuous operation during cleaning
T-Type Strainer – customized design for large pipelines and critical services
Self-Cleaning Strainer – automatic debris removal for process-critical lines
