Function & Working
Pneumatic actuated ball valves are quarter-turn valves operated by compressed air. The actuator uses single-acting (spring return) or double-acting mechanisms to rotate the ball 90°, ensuring quick opening or closing of flow.
Floating ball design for low-pressure, compact applications.
Trunnion-mounted design for high-pressure, large-diameter pipelines with reduced torque.
3-way ball valves for diverting or mixing flows.
Metal-seated ball valves for high-temperature or abrasive service.
Automation can be enhanced with solenoid valves, limit switches, positioners, and air filter regulators, making them ideal for integration into PLC or SCADA systems.
